Attended the Group Workshops training course with John and found it very useful. He is very knowledgeable and tailored the class content so that all attendees got what they needed from it. I have already been running a few group workshops, but I learned some valuable information about the practicalities that I hadn't thought of, as well as some really great ways of keeping the audience engaged and structuring future workshops. Also, HHC were very accommodating with me cancelling and then reinstating my attendance, which was appreciated!
