HHC CPD Training Terms and Conditions

By registering for any CPD (Continuing Professional Development) event provided by HHC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment
An invoice will be issued to the contact details provided at the time of booking.
Full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to the CPD event start date.
If full payment is not received within this timeframe, your place on the course will be cancelled and may be offered to another participant.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Rescheduling to a future CPD date is permitted only if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled event start time.
Refunds for cancellations are available only within 14 days of the original payment date. After this period, payments are non-refundable, although rescheduling may still be possible (see above).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
3. Event Cancellations by HHC
HHC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any CPD training event.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, HHC will provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.
If HHC cancels an event, all registered participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future date.
4. Privacy
